Renaissance Assembly
The Renaissance program was implemented at Rosemead High School to provide a renewed commitment to, and recognition of, academic excellence. The program places an emphasis on what students are accomplishing in the classroom and gives them well-deserved recognition for their achievement. An academic assembly is held each semester to honor those students reaching these standards.
Each class cabinet, the Associated Student Body members, and members of the teaching staff are encouraged to present skits during the second semester assembly. Here are some that my English Department collegue and best friend, Brian Day, and I put together. Enjoy.
